Absolutely! We’re always open to new ideas. If we like your idea and add it to our product catalog, we’ll print and ship you free products!  

I am a designer, can I work with you?

Why are you not replying to my emails?

Our turn around time on replying emails is around 24-48 hours. Only reason if you do not receive any reply from us would be we are just really flooded with other inquires.We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Orders

Why are some products not available in certain sizes?

Most of our products run from Adult Small through XXL.

You may see some sizes or designs out of stock some times. Send us an email and we’ll let you know if we plan on reprinting that specific size or design anytime soon.

My ordered product doesn’t fit! What do I do?

If the product you ordered does not fit, don’t worry. As long as the product hasn't been washed or worn we will gladly accept the return for an exchange. Contact us and we will take care of the rest. Check our Return Policy for detail.

I was sent the wrong product / I was sent a defective piece.

If you received the wrong product, want to exchange it for another size, or the product we sent you is defective; do not just mail it back to us. Please contact us with your order number and specifics on what we messed up, and we will take care of it for you.

How can I make a change to my order?

Send us a contact request right away and we will definitely help you out.

What name will appear on my credit card bill?

Can I place a bulk order?

We start bulk pricing at 15 pieces. If you are planning on placing an order for 15 items or more just send us a contact request and we will send you our discounted pricing. 

I forgot to use my coupon!

We are sorry but we cannot apply a coupon to an already existing order, please save it for next time!

I bought this T Shirt last week and now it’s on sale.

Occasionally, we adjust the pricing on our items. Unfortunately, we do not offer a price guarantee, so we can’t provide a partial refund for an item that goes on sale after you purchased it.

How LONG will my order take to arrive?

Orders generally take around 10-15 business days for arrival, depending upon where you live. Check the chart below for more details.  Please allow an additional 1 to 7 business days for processing.

How do I track my package?
